Features of Human Resource Development HRD
The nature / reach / characteristics or features of HRD are equally follows :-
1. Training in addition to Development
HRD involves preparation in addition to developing the employees in addition to managers. It improves their qualities, qualifications in addition to skills. It makes them to a greater extent than efficient inward their acquaint jobs. It too prepares them for hereafter higher jobs.
2. Organisational Development (OD)
